Quick and easy Green Smoothie Recipe!
With Mangos being in season, here’s one of my favorite Summer Smoothie recipes!
8 oz. Oat or Almond Milk
1/2 of a Banana
1 Handful of Spinach
Frozen or Fresh Mango Chunks
1 Scoop of Hemp Protein Powder (or powder of choice)
Blend & Enjoy!
*I usually top my smoothies with a blend of Super Seeds and Ancient Grains for added nutrients.
