Kale Chip Recipe
Ingredients
Kale
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning of Choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash and clean Kale thoroughly
Tear leaves off of stem
Pat Kale leaves dry with a paper towel making sure there are
no wet pieces
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil & coat with a thin lining of olive oil
Place dry Kale leaves on baking sheet and season to your liking
Toss leaves, seasoning and olive oil together on baking sheet
Spread Kale leaves evenly across baking sheet
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees
